1. Accepting these terms

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. When a contract is formed

A product listing on this site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Placing an order is your offer to buy. We accept that offer, and a contract comes into existence, only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you click “Place Order”, and not when the order confirmation screen appears.

This matters in one practical case: if a pricing error or a stock error is discovered between your order and our dispatch, no contract exists yet and we may cancel and refund you in full. See section 3.

3. Prices, availability and errors

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already dispatched.
• Product images are representative. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and we do not treat a minor colour difference as a fault — though you may still return the item under section 6.
• Obvious pricing errors. If an item is listed at a price that is obviously wrong — a jacket at ₹9 rather than ₹900 — and the error is one any reasonable person would have noticed, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, offer the item at the correct price, and refund you in full if you decline. We will not simply take your money and ship nothing.
• Stock levels shown on the site are our best information at the time the page was built. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will tell you within one working day and refund you in full.

4. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery where offered. Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see, and never store, your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

If a payment is reversed or charged back after we have dispatched goods, we may suspend further orders from that account until the matter is resolved.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery times quoted on the Shipping Policy page are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

If your parcel is lost in transit, that is our problem to resolve, not yours to chase. Contact us and we will replace or refund.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights are set out in full, with timelines, in our Cancellation Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these terms. In summary: you may cancel before dispatch for any reason, and return most items within 7 days of delivery.

7. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to:

• Place orders fraudulently, or on behalf of someone whose payment details you are not authorised to use.
• Scrape, mirror or systematically copy the site’s content, product data or images.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with the advertising served on the site, including by generating invalid clicks or impressions.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

8. Our content and your content

The text, buying guides, comparison tables, photography and layout of this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish our product descriptions or guides wholesale, whether or not you credit us.

Third-party brand names and logos shown on this site — for example, on product pages for goods made by other manufacturers — remain the property of their owners and are used to identify the goods we sell. Their appearance implies no endorsement of Trendora by them.

If you send us a review, photograph or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on this site. You keep ownership of it, and you can ask us to take it down.

9. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything below.

Subject to that:

• We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care.
• We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control — including courier strikes, extreme weather and network outages.
• Where we are liable for a defective product, our liability is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it, at your choice.
• The buying guides and product information on this site are published in good faith but are general information, not advice tailored to you. See our Disclaimer.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [[ TODO: governing jurisdiction ]], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection law of the place where you live.

Before starting proceedings, please write to us at tendora@gmail.com. Most disputes we have had turned out to be a delivery problem that took an afternoon to fix.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you placed it, and we keep a record of it. Changes never apply retrospectively to a contract already formed under section 2.

The “last reviewed” date at the top of this page changes only when a person has actually reviewed the text.
